About the Event
Lindsey's Spina Bifida Warriors will be hosting our 8th Annual Golf Outing at Wyandot Golf Club in Centerburg, Ohio on September 20, 2025.
Entry Fee: $90 per person which includes green fees, cart, skins, lunch at the turn, shirt, banquet dinner and two drink tickets.
Format: Tournament will be played in a scramble format with four person teams.
Registration Deadline: August 24, 2025 or once all 25 spots have been filled, whichever comes first. Registration and payment must be received to guarantee a spot. Checks can be mailed with registration to Lindsey's Spina Bifida Warriors 4025 County Road 114 Mount Gilead, OH 43338. For additional forms of payment, please contact Jen at 614-800-3770.
